Advancing Tomorrow’s Treatments, Today
Our big “Why” for creating this research department is to provide more options to our generous volunteer participants, most of whom are also patients of the medical clinic that is central to the research initiatives we undertake on a regular basis. Without our patients and others like them, clinical research would be impossible, and we constantly seek to provide them an understanding of the clinical trial process itself as well as an assurance that their treatment will reflect the utmost of care and concern.
Finally, our community of physicians external to our immediate practice, whom work tirelessly day in and day out to treat their patients and often turn to clinical research in order to expand their knowledge and understanding of medical breakthroughs, offer treatment alternatives to their patients, and contribute what they can to reduce patient disparities within our community.
It is to all of you that this website is dedicated.
The importance of clinical trials in the treatment and prevention of various diseases—from diabetes and hypertension to cardiovascular disease and asthma—cannot be overstated.
This is true for our biopharmaceutical stakeholders whose innovations are the focus of these trials, and who seek the highest quality research sites staffed by the most dedicated and experienced investigators.
At HDH Research, our organization is completely physician owned and operated (Including the senior CRCs). Our PI is a board certified family practice physician with a thriving medical practice and an impeccable reputation in the communities. Our Sub Investigator is a foreign trained pediatric surgeon, and a licensed Registered Nurse. Our lead coordinators are both foreign trained international medical graduates. Serving patients is the common ideal that brought us all together to create HDH Research and bring study opportunities to our underserved community here in Houston.
