All of our senior operational staff are clinicians in some way, shape, or form such as medical doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, international medical graduates, and the like. Additionally our support staff typically have a health focused background such as bachelor’s of science graduates, medical assistants, and certified nursing assistants.

The foundation of our research capabilities is supported by a strong private practice with decades of community service treating patients from a wide variety of backgrounds and medical conditions. Having this hybrid research-practice model affords us a competitive advantage for smooth enrollment, and more importantly, patient retention.

As a large community based private practice, our site has dedicated phlebotomists, medical assistants, lab technicians, in house laboratory and imaging options, and specialists that allow for more efficiencies in our operations as well as provide extra convenience for our patients.

Our clinician operators also serve as managers and oversee the source data collection, entry, and query resolution, to not only ensure ALCOAC and GCP compliance, but also timely deliverables to Sponsors.
